About Elbert
Elbert C. Alexander founded the Agile Development Institute to give people the plain explanation that so often goes missing when a new way of working arrives. He has spent nearly thirty years in program and project management, much of it in financial services — delivering change, and living with the changes handed to him.
He is a certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, which authorizes him to teach SAFe, and holds five ICAgile certifications in coaching, facilitation and product ownership. He writes ADI’s self-paced courses himself, in the same plain language he teaches in.
Elbert is also an author, keynote speaker and coach who helps people turn their vision into something real. He lives in North Carolina.
