Use this for anything: a question about what a course covers, whether it is right for your team, an invoice or purchase order, a seat you cannot get into, or a certificate you are trying to check. If you are asking on behalf of an organisation and need to be invoiced rather than pay by card, say so and we will send one.
Checking somebody’s credential? You do not need us for that. Every credential we issue carries an identifier that can be checked on our verification page without contacting anyone.
